At this point, you are presented with a few selected candidates who best match your project. We support you by keeping them engaged while passing through rounds of your internal interviews.

Retaining talent is as important as hiring one. We help ensuring the candidate stays in the role happy and motivated and that you are satisfied with their performance. We do it by running regular surveys with both the client and the talent.
